How did I get started in photography?

I was given my first camera when I was 8 and never stopped taking pictures ever since! My inspiration has always been my family, friends and my home. Photographs was always a way for me to keep these memories close to my heart. My family has always encouraged me in my passion and provided for me a foundation that has grown into a profession.

Hello to all!

Since this is my first post, I will give a short run down on my recent news -

This last May I graduated from Virginia Intermont College with a bachelors degree in photography and digitial imaging. The last four years has been a long but wonderful season for me to meet wonderful people and learn more about my passion.

I am currently living in Brentwood Tennessee just outside of Nashville doing what I love most - photography!

This last weekend I went out with my sister (Anna) and my friend (Elisha) to do some portrait work for them as well as experiment with new techniques and equipment (pocket wizards!).
